Your order
All orders are processed within 24 business hours (ie. not including weekends and public holidays) following your purchase. How long it takes to arrive will depend on your location and chosen delivery method.

Shipping
Within Australia
We offer flat rate shipping within Australia:

$8 flat rate standard shipping within Australia - estimated delivery between 2-7 business days
$11 flat rate express shipping within Australia - estimated delivery between 1-2 business days (if you live outside of Australia Post's express post network, delivery times may be longer)

All orders over $85 will receive free shipping within Australia.

International
We've recently changed our international shipping partner and now use DHL and DLH Express for flat rate international shipping and ship anywhere in the world.

TO NEW ZEALAND:

$12 flat rate standard shipping to New Zealand via DHL eCommerce - estimated deliver between 5-12+ business days
$35 flat rate express shipping to New Zealand via DHL Express - estimated delivery between 2-5+ business days

All orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping to New Zealand.

REST OF THE WORLD:

$15 flat rate shipping via DHL eCommerce - estimated delivery between 5-12+ business days
$45 flat rate express shipping via DHL Express - estimated delivery between 2-5+ business days

All orders over $150 will receive free standard international shipping.

PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN ENTERING YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that aren't delivered due to incorrect address details supplied.

Your rights
Our refunds policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

Returns
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality clothing and accessories for your little ones. If in the very unlikely event your item is faulty or damaged, we will happily refund your purchase, including shipping (within Australia only), as long as you let us know within seven days of receiving your item.

After seven days, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition they were sent, with tags attached. Please email us at hello@prettywithoutpink.com.au to organise your returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is unused and in good condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item due to an incorrect size, change of mind or any other reason, send us an email at hello@prettywithoutpink.com.au. Only once agreed in advance, send your item to PO Box 20, Torrensville Plaza, SA 5031, Australia
